About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for creating beautiful and intuitive user interfaces for our web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Conduct user research and testing to validate designs
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation
• Maintain and improve design systems and documentation
• Stay updated with latest design trends and best practices
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects
• Understanding of user-centered design principles
• Experience with responsive and mobile design
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)

• Experience with design systems
• Knowledge of motion design and animations
• Experience with user research methodologies
• Familiarity with development technologies
